The 2.0 acre property is located at 220 South Prairie Avenue in Waukesha, and was formerly the Waukesha County Materials Recycling Facility. The buyer’s company, Resource Recycling LLC will use the location to recycle asphalt shingles and remodeling waste. The buyer also operates a Racine County facility located in Norway.
